I have a user that when he replies to all on some external messages and adds a internal mail address. All receipiants receive the mail except for the external addresses.
If you look at the mail that was sent the external Mail addresses have beendropped.
I have logged into his mail box from several different PCs and the same still happens. MS suggested that I export all mail, delete his mailbox and recreate and import mail back (seems to be a common MS solution)
After this was done the problem still happens.
It is not one particular External address it seems to be at random. The users contacts have been deleted and re-created to no avail this prob still exists.
Please help as MS dont seem to be able.
