Does anyone have a concise explanation when a new user tries to access their e-mail and receives the following error message: “You do not have permission to log on. Unable to open your default e-mail folder” This happens quite often and I’m not familiar enough with Exchange to be able to troubleshoot this error. Thanks in advance, Rich
