Outlook 2000 Error

by rfhines . Updated 19 years ago

I have Outlook 2000 on a windows 2000 machine. I have received an email from a partner that arrived with no name in the “From” field. Once that email is selected the program errors out with the message: The instruction at “)x3ff631ea” referenced memory at “0x00000000″. The memory could not be read” with the “click ok to terminate the program or Click on Cancel to debug” options.

There are no viruses–clean scans. This email has been sent to two recipients and the other recipient does not have the same problems. Has happened with several emails he’s sent. I cannot select another email or delete his without the error message popping up and killing the program.

Any help out there?

Randy
