I have a question concerning refreshing Outlook clients from Exchange. I have history emails that I need to get to that should be in the store.
Here is the scenario:
1. I have a mailbox that has over 1200 total emails.
2. The outlook client only shows about 200 emails.
3. No archiving of the mailboxes has been performed.
I need the client to show all the email items in his mailbox. How do I get the outlook client and the information store to resynchronize?
