Createing forms in Outlook is great, but we have run up against a problem. We create a folder then a customized form “contacts” with adjustments “add page” with fields. When ever createing a brand new item for that folder the customized form showsup, but whenever we copy or try to import data into this area the customized form does not show up does anyone have an idea what we can do to fix this we need the customized form to show up for data we import to this area, any help would be great.
