A user is running windows 98/outlook 2000. All of a sudden, she double clicks the outlook icon, outlook (not responding). I uninstalled outlook, reinstalled it, unistalled office 2000, reinstalled office 2000, ran scanpst, nothing, same result outlook 2000(not responding). PLEASE HELP.
