I am trying to download our office’s global address book for a laptop to take on the road. We have been able to synchronize all the folders, download his personal contacts, and work off line, but when I try to download the globabl address book, theonly choice I get is a listing for recipients. Is there any way to download the global list? Thanks for your help.
