User needed to migrate their old Lotus Organiser.OR4 contacts etc database to Outlook 2000. Outlook demanded that Organiser be installed first on the new machine. This was done. The files appeared to transfer satisfactorily but when Outlook was reopened afterwards, it locked up at the first attempt to look into contacts. Rebooted but same again.
Office 2000, Win 98SE, Lotus Organiser 97 GS, 128mb RAM, AMDK5. File size approx 8mb.
Anyone had this before please ?
