Using Outlook, a user is sent a meeting invitation but before he can reply to the meeting, the system searches his calendar for a free entry then accepts the meeting.
When Tools, Options, Preferences, Calendar tools is selected the part where he can amend this feature is GREYED out. Everyone else isn’t.
Further, Free/Busy Options does not work.
