Outlook 2000 – not receiving CC emails sent from self

I have a user that is copying himself on a number of emails to keep in sub folders for later reference.

However, since installing his Blackberry software he doesn’t receive his own CC’s. Emails sent do show up in his “sent” folder, but he insists on having the email arrive in his “inbox”.
