Issues with networked Outlook and the feature of sending mail on behalf. This feature does not work if emailing directly from a document the first time, if sent the second time as long as document remains open, the on behalf permission works.

From the inbox and creating an email, the on behalf does work in all instances. Is it possible the copy and paste task blocks the permission for on behalf?

This is an urgent issue in my environment. The only support of this happening with other users is the word document described first.

Any thoughts, ideas, tricks, “magic” is greatly appreciated.
