Hi,
We’re running Exchange Server 5.5 with Outlook 2000 clients.
What is the best way to let my users very easily post an appointment to a specific public folder?
I don’t want them to have to browse out through the public folders directory or try to get all of them to put a shortcut on their Outlook shortcuts bar to the folder.
Is there a way to set up an email address which is targeted to the specific public folder AND which will default to an appointment object type when they try to create and send it?
Or is there a way I can create a custom copy of an Outlook appointment form and change the default destination target to the specific folder?
