I am unable to create offline folders for some installations of Outlook 2000. We use the same CD-ROM for installation and the same Exchange server and setup procedures for all clients. But about half the clients don’t have “Enable offline use” on the advanced tab of Exchange Server properties under Services. Can anybody help?
