Outlook 2000 returns interface error

By wprejean ·
Very often when I am composing and sending a message with an attachment in Outlook 2000, I get an error stating that there was an interface error and the message doesn't get sent. I see this happening if I take awhile to compose the message and theautosave takes place. I can then copy the contents into a new message and send it. Any solution / recommendation?

Article Q275186 describes it perfectly. It is a bug. There is a supported fix from Microsoft. I'm working with my I.T. staff to obtain the fix.
