Why is it that Outlook 2000 Starts with a restore when you close Outlook Minimized or create a Shortcut to Outlook which is supposed to start outlook Minimized? I use the Windows Startup Folder to automatically start Outlook but starting with the Start Minimized selected Outlook always restores to the last viewed state (Full screen or Normal Window). Is there any way to change the functionality to allow it to start as the shortcut requests the App to start, or is that far too much to ask of Microsoft?
