After hitting reply the curser indicates Outlook is working. But when I try to do anything in Outlook nothing happens. When I try to close Outlook nothing happens. I then have to use Cont/Alt/Del and use then I can close the program.
This could be the result of a virus that came from a family member. Up till that moment iv’e had no problems with Outlook. Can it possibly be from a setting in Outlook 2000 that prevents me from sending a reply?
Can anyone offer suggestions for a non computer expert??
