I’ll try to make this simple. How do I change the registered user in Outlook 2000 so that I don’t get the folowing event.
“NT User Server\Janedoe logged on to John Smith, and is not the primary Windows NT account on this mailbox.”
This happenswhen an employee leaves our company and I change the user ID and mailbox in exchange for that workstattion. I can’t seem to find the registry string to delete the previous user. I hope there is a simpler solution than reinstalling all software.
