We have recently upgraded to Outlook 2000. Since the upgrade, anyone attempting to use the “New Office Document” shortcut from the START menu, can only create Word files. Excel and the other Office document types are no longer available. This is consistent on all PCs having had Outlook 2000 installed. I cannot find any reference in the Microsoft KnowledgeBase. Any assistance is appreciated.
