Outlook 2002 incoming emails redirection issue

I have a user who claims some incoming emails automatically goes directly to his Deleted folder. He doesn’t have rules set in Outlook, his spam software block settings doesn’t show anything that would cause this issue. Other than him manually deleting unread emails from his Inbox or Blackberry device, any other ideas or suggestions what of what could be causing this?
