A user on a fat-client (Win XP/SP2) has a S/R problem with Outlook 2002. Did not receive delivery notification of any messages after click on Send/Receive; but checking Web-to-Mail showed 1 message received. Restart of PC cleared problem. Later user unable to Send out from Outlook. Another PC restart was necessary. Has anyone seen this problem and know of a fix?
