For the past 2 weeks, for no apparent reason, two of the users on a network keep getting the error message:
The message failed to be submitted because the storage limit for the mailbox that is submitting the message has been exceeded.
MSEXCH:MSExchangeIS:/DC=local/DC=Pool:SERVER
I have gone through the exercise of increasing the size of the users’ mailboxes in Exchange but its seems that Exchange has been invaded by digital bunnies. The mailboxes work for a day or so and the same error appears. What is also concerning is the fact that the used space on C:\ drive on the server seems to be increasing dispropotionately to the emails coming in. I have also increased the size of the main partion to accomodate this unexpected growth. Any advice and suggestions about this problem would be appreciated. TIA.
