Outlook 2003 Crashing

Let’s revisit this one before I remove all patches and try to repair the OS.

Office 2003 Pro, XP Pro, Norton has been removed

Upon opening Outlook I get the message “Microsoft Office Outlook has encountered an error and must close. …”

I have removed the Outlook component and replaced it with no effect.

Running out of ideas but here is the error information.

Any suggestions short of a complete rebuild?
