Outlook 2003 Email Addr Problem

By mippps ·
Using Microsoft Office 2003 Outlook a user has an email address that is spelled incorrectly. Like jdoe@thisplace.co He has spelled the .com wrong leaving off the m (it should be .com). The intellisense pops up this wrong address when he starts to enter jdoe@ in address of a New Email. . How could I delete the intellisense address of jdoe@thisplace.co that always appears as you type in the address on a new email ?
.....He has the correct address in contacts but chooses to type it in.

Thanks for any help

I'm not sure how you can delete that address but if the user doesn't need it, why not just turn IntelliSense off. Go to Tools/Options. Under the Preferences tab select Advanced e-Mail Options and uncheck "Suggest names while completing To, CC and BCC fields."

You can deleat AutoComplete addresses by typing the first few letters in the e-mail address and then scroll down to the bad one and just deleate it.
