Outlook 2003 – email headers

Hi,

I am unable to view email headers when I recieve email internally within the company that I work for.

But I can view the headers for external mail. Anyone know why is this the case. Also, any suggesstions on how I can investigate why we dont recieve emails from a particular email address? does not even go to junk email folder
