I have outlook 2003 and a e-mail that is HTML. Most HTML e-mails will print on the HP Laserjet 1000 just fine, however for some e-mails (different e-mails from different addresses), it will cut off about a half inch of the image or what have you. I printed the e-mail on a different printer and pc and it prints just fine…It is as if the driver is not interpurting the HTML properly for some reason when the job is sent to the printer. Ideas?
