Outlook 2003 local data does not match server data

I have a user with a Drafts folder that is 0mb on the local data side, but over 300mb’s!!! on the server data side. How can I delete that file? I increased her storage but it will not sync, it gives a out of memory error trying to get the file. I did not want to delete the mailbox, but this seems like my only choice.
