outlook 2003 print parameter not valid

By m2bjones ·
I am new to this forum. I use server 2003 and outlook 2003. On one computer only I can not print emails. If I log on from another computer I can print the email. I get one or more parameters not valid. I have uninstalled and reinstalled outlook twice. The microsoft website and other sites have not been helpful. I found a post on this site but have not been able to locate it again. Any ideas on how to fix this pc?

Believe server 2003 is not the issue.

Thank you for your suggestion. I thought that server 2003 might be the issue. I access the same user account using my labtop and do not have a problem printing. The server only stores the messages and updates each pc as it logs on as me. In addition, I can not do the first two suggestions and am hesitant to delete the mailbox due to the above reasons

time to look at the PC that is having the problems. Is it setup the same as the PC's that have access. EG: same software installed.
Run sfc /scannnow in case something has became corrupted.
