Outlook 2003 – Printing

1. I have a user that when she prints her e-mails (using outlook 2003 pop3 configuration) her headers are not included in the print out. This used to work flawlessly.
Has anyone ever encountered this problem or anyone have any insight on this problem?

I suspect it is caused by one of the MS office 2003 updates but I can not confirm this.
