Outlook 2003 PST file will not show folders

Hey Everybody,

I have a weird situation going on.

I have a user on a Windows XP Pro machine using Office 2003. He uses Outlook 2003.

This morning he was able to access email that were stored into his archive PST file. Sometime this afternoon he has lost all access to the contents. It just shows the deleted items, sent items, and shared folders icons now. This file is 75 MB.

I ran a SCANPST and it sees 615 items in the PST file.

I did have a backup of the file, but even that does not work. I am going to assume that the backup file has not been tampered with before, so I know it should work.

Anyone have ideas of how to fix this problem?
