We have a client using a Windows XP Pro laptop and connecting to a Windows 2000 domain. The laptop authenticates perfectly on the domain and access is granted to all resources except when the user opens Outlook 2003.
Outlook asks for the user’s password and by typing in the same password he logged on to the domain with he is given access to his mailbox. Any ideas?
