Outlook 2007 CPU 99%

OS: XP SP2
Office 2007 (w/latest updates)
Outlook.exe hits 99% after a few minutes of useage. No problem running any other app. Will settle down after ~30min running but will jump as soon as is made active window. Steps taken: Detect & Repair, delete OST, uninstall Outlook, ran cleanfreebusy, cleanprofile. No joy.
