I need some help. I have a bunch of users running on Japanese language pack and Office 2007 English edition.
Sometime early last month, the users started to have this problem of see blank Global Address List.
While some cases are resolved by recreating Outlook profile and doing a full download of address book, most of the cases, we were able to resolve, but when the users select All Groups, nothing comes out of it.
Outlook is setup for offline exchange mode.
We tried to uninstall some patches and it didn’t work.
Would appreciate if someone can shed some light on how to go about troubleshooting this issue… Really at my dead ends… 🙁
