Outlook 2007 IMAP account taking time to update mail box every morning

Problem:-
My IMAP outlook is taking time to update Outlook 2007 local ost file.

Present status:-
Outloook 2007 with sp2
Disabled all add-ins
Unchecked “Encyrption” from accounts -> security tab.

Kindly suggest solution for the same…

  file size is of 5 MB only…this problem started week back only when we try to clear indexinng issue…

  The OST will just be recreated.
