Outlook 2007 junk email settings for entire domain

We have Exchange server 2007 but we do not have anti spam installed. We are using Symantec Brightmail but all suspect mails are quarantined. Outlook 2007 users are still getting mail diverted to their junk email folder. Is there a way to disable the Outlook junk email filtering for the entire domain?

Declaring a domain safe

I know how to do it as a user, but I would imagine that there is a similar administrative function which would set a domain as safe for all email users.

If you right click on an email from the specific doman, and go down to "Junk E-mail" you will see "Add sender's domain to the Safe Senders List" as an option. Click on that and future emails from that domain should go to the Inbox and not the spam folder.

That looks like an Outlook plugin for group policy, that would probably do the job thanks.
