I am running Outlook 2007 on Windows 7. Whenever I go to open a MS Word document attached in an email, I am prompted to either open, save or cancel. The problem lies in that the option box to uncheck to Always Ask before opening this type of file is grayed out; which means I can not uncheck it and I have to go through this process everytime.
I have already went to RegEdit and deleted the word doc key associated with the previewer.

However, I do not have an issue with the previewer, just when I want to “open” a ms word document.
