I am wondering if you have an answer to why I get this error message in Outlook 2007 - "The task cannot be sent. It may be an attachment of another message." I get this message when accepting the task or declining a task.

I have same problem. I can send tasks, but I cannot accept tasks sent to me and I don't see updates of my tasks (I see mails with replies, but Outlook seems to ignore them). I'm using IMAP account (no other account is configured), and ESET Smart Security antivirus.

It is with IMAP account. One user can send to the other no problem but the accepting user gets the error. The strange thing is, this does not happen the other way around it works great.
