Outlook 2007 todo bar not showing all upcoming appointments

I have a user who’s using Outlook 2007 and to-do bar is not showing all upcoming appointments. It does on some days and on some days it doesn’t.
I have tried opening outlook using the /resettodobar switch, but that didn’t seem to work.

Any ideas?
