Earlier I was using Office 2007, I had exchange account and with a PST. I Set PST as default and all the emails were downloading directly to PST instead of OST, as OST mail box had limit of 200mb in my organization.
Now, I updated to Office 2010(14.0.6117.5001), I configured my exchange account and set my PST as default to send and receive emails. Problem is all though PST is default, still all emails are receiving in OST. That’s a strange problem I have seen.
Every day I need to move emails from OST to PST as I mentioned I have 200mb limit.
Can anyone here help me why emails are downloading in OST, despite PST is set as default to receieve.
