Outlook 2010 Public Calendar Categories

We are running Exchange 2010 and using a shared calendar within Public Folders. This calendar has color coded categories on appointments. We have a user running Outlook 2010 on Windows 10 who is unable to see the categories in Outlook but they show up just fine in OWA. We have tried rebuilding their outlook profile. Colors also randomly shift from green to pink when creating new appointments within public calendar.

The problem there is the user (apparently not their IT) was unable to complete the task given. It seems easy here but if you can’t do this, pass this up to your IT staff.
