Outlook 2010 Question

Hello,

This may be a simple one to answer I'm not sure. I have a user where only forwarded emails, from one individual person goes directly to her deleted folder. I forwarded emails to her and they go right to the inbox like they should. I emailed a new message to her from the other users account and it went to the Inbox like it should. She has no rules setup and it is an internal user so its not recognized as a junk message either.

One other thing I tested was including an attachment as opposed to an email without one and that made no difference either.

Any suggestions? Am I missing something that should be right in front of my face?

Might check the contacts list,

and see if they inadvertently tagged the contact (sender) to automatically go to the deleted folder. Could have happened back some time when they were marking spam messages.

Forwarded Messages

Would that affect only forwarded messages though? New email messages go through so I would think they would both end up going to deleted not just forwarded.
