One of my users has Outlook 2000, NT, and office 97. He can’t send attachments although the message gets through. I am aware of SR-1a for Outlook 2k but is it true that I need to apply Office 2000 SR first. If this is the case will it cause problemsbecause he’s using office 97. Finally, is SR-1a for Outlook the answer to my problem in the first place??
