We use Outlook 2000 with Exchange – and we normally sync via network or internet/dialup VPN. Occasionally I want to use remote mail to check the contents of my inbox and choose what I want to download.
But everytime I do this, it tries to sync my whole mailbox folders before downloading headers. I understand that it may want to synch my inbox so it doesn’t give me headers that I have previously read, but why the whole mailbox? Does anyone know how to stop this from happening?
