Outlook 2K open OFF screen

Have a user who has somehow modified Outlook to open off the display area (even when reolution set to max). Can see the app. when ‘maximized’ only. Uninstalled and reinstalled to no avail. Couldn’t find registry setting for default open ‘top’ and’left’ settings similar to VB and VBA app. options. Any ideas?
