Dear sir w

when i mail a same msg to a particular group. then every recepient of the group is able to see the e-mails and thereby hampers our privacy.

kindly advise us so that other people cannot see the e-mail of other recepients of the same mail.

You are correct, use the BCC option of your email message.

If you don't see this option you have to enable it. Check the help menu of Outlook to guide you here.

In my opinion however using BCC for email is rude and downright wrong.. Thats my opinion only however.

Good Luck..

Another option for you is to change the Display Name of each person you are e-mailing to; assuming you have each of these people in your Contacts folder, open each contact and change the Display As to whatever you'd like; Outlook defaults this to show their e-mail addresses.

If you are, or have access to, the Exchange server administrator, investigate the possibility of setting up a distribution group containing the names of those on the distribution list; however, this will only work if all recipients are on your corporate network.
