The moust easy and fast way is to use stationery. Choose Tools/Options/Mail Format Tab.

Choose message format HTML. Than in Stationery and Fonts section press Stationery Picker and create a new one with your text. Use this statonery as default and any time you you'll create a new message it will be with text that you create in there.

Hope it will hepl.

Although you can use stationery, you are limited to existing templates and it may not be suitable if you have your own letterhead or similar to use.

Maybe the best thing for you is to setup a basic template with your letterhead using a standard Word document template. Save this file as a .dot, then from Outlook, go into the Tools menu and select Options. Next click on the email tab. At the bottom click on Use Word as email editor, then change the default email.dot to your template. Now eachnew message will have that template/letter head.

NB This will send messages in RTF format(other type of stationery/forms will also use this or HTML format), so be aware that plain text email systems (eg hotmail) will only ever see your text content. Other graphics etc will probably arrive as an attachment.

Good luck

Don't do it.

Many e-mail clients can't read it. It's somewhat rude to assume everyone has Outlook and can handle it properly.
