    How do I delete journal entries form outlook 97?

      Just right-click on the entries you want to delete and select delete.

        I have to say this was an obvious answer, however, I’m hoping that my desktop support guy did do this and that there is another issue @ work here. So, if there is something more that may not be so obvious, please suggest. Thank you.

      There is more than one way to do this. One you can have 2 templates (blank) but with different printing options. simply open a new excel spreadsheet and change your settings as desired, then save as TEMPLATE to a easy-to-find folder and then do the same for the other Printer setting and then just open the template you need for what location.
