I have a user on Windows 98 with Office 97 SR2. She’s using MS Outlook as her e-mail client. Recently, she’s been getting simple and plain e-mail message in the form of a text attachment. She has to literally open the attachment in notepad just to view the text. I’m not sure why this is so. Anyone know what’s going on? What settings have changed or do I need to change? Thanks.
