A user running Outlook 97 on a Windows 95 workstation came in to work one morning to see all of her email in the inbox converted to a smaller, different font. We are running Exchange 5.5, however no other users had experienced this. How could this have happened (given the user states she did not make any changes to the font) and how can I convert the font to a different size?
