One desktop, one laptop different days, both Win 98 both with the following message “The MAPI Spooler has shut down unexpectedly. Close all mail-enabled applications before attempting to log on again”
Looked at the MS KB’s Those that applied and tried the others as well. Created new profiles, but receive the message on those as well. Replaced MAPI32.dll incase it was corrupt. Reinstalled. Scanned for viruses.
Ctrl-Alt-Del and ended all tasks., etc. ,etc. Looking for something else to try.
