Out company is using MS Outlook 97 and NT 4.0 service pack 5. Our users get the error message “MS Outlook has determined that you are using an old copy of the .OST file.”
We delete the OST file and everything seems fine. I was wondering if anyone had ideas on why this occurs and if there is anything we can do to prevent it.This happens frequently and to the same users.
